LMH Strategic Solutions, LLC is a Washington, D.C. based public and government affairs firm that helps clients navigate complex policy and business challenges. Created in 2024 by founder Alanna Temme, LMH partners with health care companies, trade associations, and innovators to advance legislative priorities, strengthen relationships, and achieve strategic goals.

Since its founding in 2024, LMH has grown to represent clients across the health care and life sciences sectors, offering a concierge approach grounded in experience, strategy, and results. The firms name - LMH, honoring Alanna's three children, Lily, Maddie, and Henry - reflects its commitment to breaking barriers and driving meaningful impact.​​

Alanna Temme

Founder

Alanna is the founder of LMH Strategic Solutions and has nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience across the life sciences industry, specialty providers, and Capitol Hill. She has a strong track record in legislative strategy, public policy advocacy, coalition management, and corporate strategy, helping clients navigate complex policy and business challenges. Alanna previously served as a health care policy advisor to a senior member of the Ways and Means Committee, where she built a broad bipartisan network. She also has extensive experience working with trade associations and coordinating communications with policymakers and grassroots stakeholders.

Sonia Goh

Director of Government Affairs & Health Policy

Sonia serves as Director of Government Affairs at LMH Strategic Solutions, where she leverages deep expertise in federal health policy and program compliance to support a diverse health care portfolio, with a focus on legislative advocacy. She specializes in cultivating strategic relationships with Capitol Hill staff, enabling LMH to deliver timely policy insights, anticipate legislative activity, and effectively advance client priorities.

 

Prior to joining LMH, Sonia worked as a CMS Auditor at Ernst & Young, gaining technical expertise in federal health programs and compliance, and previously served as a Legislative Intern monitoring communications from federal health agencies. Her combined technical and relationship-driven background allows her to support clients with a well-rounded understanding of the political and regulatory landscape.

Max Walter

Director of Government Affairs & Health Policy

Max serves as the Director of Government Affairs & Health Policy at LMH Strategic Solutions. Bridging the gap between scientific innovation and public policy, Max supports a portfolio of biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients with a focus on market access and regulatory affairs. His particular niche lies in translating complex clinical data into credible policy arguments, allowing clients to effectively communicate the value of novel technologies to Capitol Hill.

Prior to joining LMH, Max worked as a Research Engineer and holds an M.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Washington. This combination of technical expertise and policy acumen ensures clients are supported by a deep understanding of both the science behind their innovations and the regulatory landscape they must navigate.

Livy Nieset

Research Associate: Government Affairs & Health Policy

Livy is a Research Associate at LMH Strategic Solutions, where she supports health policy and advocacy initiatives through legislative tracking, policy research, and the development of clear, client-facing materials that translate into actionable insights. She also helps ensure seamless communication and coordination between the firm and its clients. Livy is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned a B.A. in Communication Studies and Spanish, and previously served as a Congressional Intern for House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA).
